Letting Your Property (Level 1/ Introduction)
Home Solutions can provide an introductory scheme to find the right tenant for you. This service would include advising the tenancy, accompanying the perspective tenants on viewings, carrying out all the necessary credit checks and references, drawing up the tenancy agreement including an inventory of furniture fixtures and fittings, finalising all the necessary documentation and then handing over the management of the tenant to the Landlord. This scheme is perfect for the Landlord who wants to be hands on and deal with the tenant direct and not only increases the security of knowing that the tenant has a good credit rating and background, but also eliminates the time consuming procedure of processing potential tenants.
