How long will the process take?
Because the purchase is a cash transaction the process can be carried out very swiftly and without all the general hold ups associated with estate agents. An offer can usually be made within 48 Hours of the initial call to Home Solutions. The process usually takes about 15 working days to completion and the funds being transferred into your account, but sometimes this can be extended because of solicitors,surveyors and other associated officials.
What will you offer me?
A typical offer will be around 75% to 95% of the current market value of the property. However, every case is different and in each case an offer is based on the individuals circumstances and the scheme that they have decided to adopt.
Can I rent the property back?
Yes. We have many schemes available all tailored to your individual needs. We value long term tenants and in return for a below market value purchase we will rent back the property at a below market value rent.
Do you have rent free periods?
Yes, these are dependent on the scheme that is adopted and the individual transaction.
What if I am in arrears with my Mortgage?
